reading communication skills, mathematic and reasoning skills, with proficiency in
the American English by age of nine years.
Reading, writing, and math the foundation within our education program since
the introduction of United States public education of the 18th Century to
present era should become center stage for academic fulfillment
prior to advancing beyond eleven years of age.
Statistical comparison among elementary through the ninth year
of public education there are a high percentile of students
performing below the expectations of mathematical grade level measured at the ninth grade.
